We reserve the right to decline placement of any puppy at any time, at our sole discretion, if we feel the match is not in the best interest of the puppy or the family.

●temperament and lifestyle compatibility

●communication, respect, and cooperation during the adoption process

●the family’s readiness and ability to provide a stable environment

●any concerns related to veterinary care, safety, or handling practices

If at any point we do not feel confident that the placement is in the puppy’s best interest, we may decline or discontinue the adoption process. In such cases, any retainer or fees paid up to that point will be promptly refunded.

This policy is not a judgment of the family; it is simply part of our responsibility as a heart-centered breeder to protect every puppy in our care.
