Retainer & Bill of Sale Policies

❗️IMPORTANT NOTE❗️Before placing a retainer, please be sure to request any photos or videos you need to feel confident in your decision. Once a puppy is placed on hold, we do not take photos upon request. With the responsibilities of caring for our dogs and families, we provide updated pictures only during our available windows. Thank you for understanding that our focus is always on the well-being and daily care of our puppies.

✔️Our Policies:

●To reserve a puppy, we require a $200 retainer fee and a $60 Microchip/Vet fee, totaling $260 at time of reservation.

Refundable: All retainers and microchip/vet fees are refundable within 48 hours of payment.

Testing Transparency: Once a retainer is placed, any requested health testing results will be provided for your review.

Non-Refundable After 48 Hours: After the 48-hour window, the retainer becomes non-refundable and is applied to the purchase price of your puppy.

$60 Microchip/Vet Fee: Is refundable if reservation is cancelled at anytime by buyer.

The $200 Retainer will apply to the balance due at pick-up.

The $60 Microchip/Vet Fee Is additional above the price of the puppy and is paid to our vet for the Microchip before leaving for home.  Records will be provided at pick-up.

Bill of Sale After Paid Retainer — We send our Bill of Sale after your retainer is placed,
because your retainer is fully refundable for 48 hours.

This gives you the freedom to review our contract without pressure — if any part of it does not feel aligned for you, your retainer is refunded in full within the 48 hour window only.

Contract Execution & Signing at Pickup

Our placement process is relational and intentional. For clarity, transparency, and the well-being of our puppies, all Bills of Sale and accompanying addendums are reviewed by the Buyer after retainer placement and formally signed in person at pickup. This allows us to walk through health information, expectations, companion-only terms, and care requirements face-to-face, ensuring nothing is overlooked or misunderstood.

No puppy will leave our possession until all contractual documents are signed. Should Buyer decline to sign at pickup, the placement will be discontinued. The Retainer remains nonrefundable and will not be refunded if Buyer declines.

This policy protects the puppy, the Buyer, and our program by ensuring full understanding and mutual agreement at the time of transfer.

✔️Please note: Our puppies are placed in pet homes only, never with breeding rights. For that reason, we do not provide private test reports to breeders outside of what is already public. Our focus is transparency for families, not breeder-to-breeder politics.
