✔️Retainer, Microchip, Veterinarian Fee Policy

A $200 reservation retainer is required to remove a puppy from availability to reserve exclusive holding time until pickup. This retainer will be applied toward the final purchase balance at pickup.

The reservation retainer is fully refundable within 48 hours of receipt.

After the 48-hour grace period, the retainer becomes an earned holding retainer. This retainer compensates the breeder for loss of opportunity, exclusive reservation, and time held.

Exclusive holding begins immediately upon expiration of the 48-hour grace period, at which time the puppy is removed from availability. Once holding services begin, the reservation retainer is considered fully earned due to the immediate and ongoing loss of opportunity associated with exclusive reservation.

As holding services are rendered, the retainer is not subject to refund, regardless of the timing of buyer cancellation. The retainer continues to apply toward the final purchase price at pickup.

Microchip & Veterinary Fee

We require a $60 microchip and veterinary fee additional to the price of the puppy at the time the Reservation Retaineris paid.  The $60 microchip and veterinary fee is separate from the puppy’s purchase price and is fully refundable at any time should the buyer cancel prior to services being performed.

Pick-up and Veterinarian Exam

Puppies will be held only within approximately five (5) days following their 8-week final veterinary wellness exam.  Pick up date will be determined by vet appointment.

• If a puppy is already over 8 weeks of age at the time of reservation, pickup will occur within approximately five (5) days of retainer payment and following a final veterinary wellness exam.  Pick up date will be determined by vet appointment.

❗️The puppy will be clinically healthy at the time of pickup, as confirmed by a licensed veterinarian:

8 Week Old Puppies-

• At approximately 8 weeks of age, puppies will have received:
– First core vaccination administered by our veterinarian
– A fecal test and veterinary wellness exam
– Two (2) NeoPar parvovirus vaccinations administered by us under vet supervision
– Routine deworming at 2, 4, 5, and 7 weeks of age administered by us under vet supervision
— Microchip

Older Puppies-

For puppies remaining beyond 8 weeks of age, we will continue to ensure the following are current prior to pickup:
• Age-appropriate vaccinations, 2nd and 3rd core
• Rabies vaccination (when age appropriate)
• Bordetella vaccination
• Current fecal testing and deworming
• A current veterinary wellness exam confirming the puppy is clinically healthy at the time of departure

Due to the added care, time, and veterinary expenses associated with older puppies, all related veterinary costs will be added to the purchase price and must be paid at the time the $200 retainer is submitted. Estimated cost is approximately $195, subject to veterinary pricing and age eligibility for Rabies vaccination.

Final Veterinary Wellness Exam & Scope of Responsibility:

Prior to pickup or delivery, we take above-and-beyond measures to ensure, to the best of our knowledge, that each puppy departs our care in good health. This includes a ✔️final veterinary wellness exam confirming that the puppy is clinically healthy at the time of departure.

Veterinary ●evaluations ●testing, or ●diagnoses obtained by the Buyer after pickup reflect the puppy’s condition at the time of that examination and may be influenced by factors outside the Breeder’s control, including…

✔️transition
✔️environment
✔️exposure
✔️stress, and
✔️individual immune response

✔️Post-transfer veterinary findings do not negate or supersede the health status confirmed at the time of departure, nor do they imply that illness was present prior to transfer.

Once the puppy leaves our care, all veterinary decisions, evaluations, and outcomes are between the Buyer and their chosen veterinarian and do not reflect a failure of care, diligence, or transparency by the Breeder.

Our role is to raise healthy, well-started puppies. Open-ended boarding, flexible scheduling, additional vaccinations, and daily care expenses requested beyond standard placement have burdened that role. This policy update allows us to continue operating fairly, professionally, and with integrity.

Thank you for your understanding,
God’s Little Aussies

✔️Bill of Sale Policy:

Bill of Sale After Paid Retainer — We send our Bill of Sale after your retainer is placed,
because your retainer is fully refundable for 48 hours.

This gives you the freedom to review our contract without pressure — if any part of it does not feel aligned for you, your retainer is refunded in full within the 48 hour window only.

🤎 Our goal is mutual fit and clarity, not pressure.

Bill of Sale Execution & Signing at Pickup

Our placement process is relational and intentional. For clarity, transparency, and the well-being of our puppies, all Bills of Sale and accompanying addendums are reviewed by the Buyer after retainer placement, formally signed, and returned to us within the 48 hour review window. This allows us to walk through health information, expectations, companion-only terms, and care requirements, ensuring nothing is overlooked or misunderstood.

No puppy will leave our possession until all contractual documents are signed. Should Buyer decline to sign, the placement will be discontinued.

This policy protects the puppy, the Buyer, and our program by ensuring full understanding and mutual agreement.
