LOCAL PICK-UP

For personal and disease (parvo especially) safety precautions, we do not offer puppies to be picked up at our home at this time.

We mèet locally at the Bucees in Ennis or the Home Depot in Waxahachie.  If time permits, we will drive further to help in accommodating your needs.

FLY-IN PICKUP

We will deliver your puppy to DFW Airport or Love Field for you to meet your puppy and then fly home with you in-cabin.  You must provide your own airline approved carry-on dog crate. No additional fee.

📌Our Puppy Pickup Policy (USDA-Compliant)

To ensure the highest standards of safety, legality, and animal welfare, all puppies will be placed directly into the hands of their new families in person.

🚫 We do NOT use:
●Ground transport services
●Third-party flight nannies
●Any service where the puppy is transferred to someone who is not the buyer

🚫 Why? This is not a preference — it is a federal requirement. Federal USDA rules classify the use of any third-party transporter as part of a regulated commercial sale. Breeders who are not USDA-licensed are not permitted to ship or transport puppies to buyers through a transporter. Doing so places both the breeder and the buyer at legal risk. We choose to follow federal law.

📚 USDA (APHIS) Requirements
Under the USDA/APHIS regulations for breeders, puppies cannot be transported by a third party without the breeder holding a USDA commercial license. We are not a USDA commercial operation, because:
●our puppies are raised in our home
●we are an intentionally selective program
●we do not sell sight-unseen “internet puppies,” which is what the regulation was designed to address

Because of this, we must meet the buyer in person to transfer the puppy directly to them. This protects the puppy, the breeder, and the family — and complies fully with federal law.

✈️ For Families Flying In — At no additional fee, we are happy to meet you at:
●Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
●Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

You may then fly your puppy home in-cabin with you.

💯 For our Texas Families
We will arrange an agreed-on in-person pickup location that is safe, public, and convenient.

📌 Why This Matters (For Buyers Too)

Buyers are often unaware that using illegal transport can affect them, not just the breeder.
If a breeder is found to be violating USDA regulations, the buyer may:
●be required to surrender the puppy
●be involved in an investigation
●unknowingly support illegal operations
