❗️IMPORTANT NOTE❗️Before placing a retainer, please be sure to request any photos or videos you need to feel confident in your decision. Once a puppy is placed on hold, we do not take photos upon request. With the responsibilities of caring for our dogs and families, we provide updated pictures only during our available windows. Thank you for understanding that our focus is always on the well-being and daily care of our puppies.

We know how exciting it is to follow along as these little ones grow, and we love sharing them with you! To give each stage its special spotlight, we take photo updates on a set schedule:

📸 3 Weeks – when their eyes are open and they start to look like “puppies.”
📸 5 Weeks – after deposits open, so families can see their updates before choosing.
📸 7 Weeks – full of personality and play!
📸 9 Weeks – just before heading to their forever families.

Why this schedule? In the earliest days, puppies change so quickly and don’t yet resemble their future selves — most families don’t even begin to notice their looks until closer to 3 weeks. And on our end, photo days are a whole-afternoon event — setting up, capturing each puppy, and making sure they’re happy and safe takes time. If we did that constantly, it would take away from what matters most: hands-on care, playtime, and socialization.

By keeping photo days special, we get to share updates you’ll truly treasure, while giving the puppies the attention they need to thrive.
